What Is Your Return & Exchange Policies?
You can return or exchange any purchase you make with the VINCEO Online Store.
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Items returned to us after 14 days cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items must be in their original and unused condition with original shoe boxes and dust bags.
Merchandise that has been worn, used or damaged will not be accepted.
Original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Items must be returned at the customer’s expense.

Merchandise returned to the Vinceo Online Store will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued to the form of payment that was utilized for the purchase.

How Do I Return/Exchange An Item?
Everything you need to return/exchange an item to us is found in the box with your purchase.

1. Return/Exchange Form. Fill out the Return/Exchange Form that came with your purchase, by simply indicating the item you will send back and any items you would like to purchase instead.

2. Return Shipping Boxes. Place the merchandise in the original boxes that they were delivered in, including all original tags and packaging.

3. Visit your local shipping company to mail package back to us. Shipping destination is listed in your Return/Exchange Form. Please note items must be returned at the customer’s expense.
